How we work
We provide our clients with a fees proposal which includes a Standard Contract agreement with terms and conditions that both parties agree to before we start. This provides a comprehensive list of services that will be provided by Architectural Draughting Services. Sketch Design
To get you started ....
We offer 3D design concepts from a single photo, no dimensions needed (prelimanry design stage), see Photomatching. From there full CAD drawings can be taken and used for Building Consent documentation.
Guarantee
We supervise, liase and coordinate the Architectural documents with all other consultants as required to complete the documentation during the contract.
We submit for you and liase with the Local Territoral Authority throughout the Building Consent process to ensure that a Building Consent is granted.
